Keyword Just as First Word in Domain:
A Domain that begins with their target keyword has got an advantage over sites that do not have the keyword in their domain name or have the key word in the center or end of their domain.
Domain History:
A Site with explosive ownership (via whois) or several drops can tell Google to "reset" the website's history, negating hyperlinks pointing to the domain.
Quantity Of different Key Word Page Ranks For:
If The webpage rankings for several other keywords it may give Google an inner indication of quality.
Quality Of Internal Links Pointing to Page:
Internal Links from authoritative pages on domain have a more powerful impact than pages without a low PR.
HTML errors/W3C validation:
Lots Of HTML mistakes or sloppy coding may be a sign of a bad quality site. Even though controversial, many in SEO believe WC3 validation is a weak quality signal.
